Landscape, Prespa

Just 20 minutes away from Korça is Prespa National Park, one of the largest and most impressive natural parks in Albania. The two wonderful lakes of Prespa e Madhe and Prespa e Vogël have been keeping each other company for 5 million years,
From above you can see the landscape of Liqenas, painted with red roofs that look over the green of the hill, which descends gently and refreshes your feet in the lake. And further in the middle of the lake, like a blue pearl, is Maligrad Island. Surrounded by forests and colorful meadows, enriched over the centuries with many important monuments.
In Macedonian, Maligrad also means small town.
