This painting was painted in watercolor and I call it “The Burden of Being a Man” because as it can be seen in the painting there is a man is carrying the roof of a house on his back, it expresses the difficulty of being a man in today’s times and the duty of the man to keep the society going and to protect the family. This painting is not at all anti-feminist; on the contrary, it gives value to the woman and the family as a precious treasure that must be protected by the man.
